I’m a serial founder, CEO, venture builder, advisor, mentor and speaker with 12+ years of experience building businesses, commercialising innovation and supporting founders and organisations through growth and transformation.My work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology commercialisation, AI, circular economy and resilient supply chains. I work with founders, startups, innovation programmes, business schools and organisations on venture building, strategy, market validation, GTM, leadership and turning emerging technologies into commercially viable businesses.Alongside building companies, I contribute to European and international innovation ecosystems as a mentor, expert, panelist and workshop facilitator.

Background
& Selected experience

I am a serial founder, CEO, venture builder, mentor & expert with 12+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, technology commercialisation, sustainability and circular economy. Alongside building companies, I contribute to European and international innovation ecosystems as a mentor in the EIC Women Leadership Programme, the Women TechEU, and have contributed as an expert to World Economic Forum-related work with UpLink and Accenture on AI-enabled and resilient supply chains.My entrepreneurial track spans three ventures. I currently lead CIRQUEL, an AI returns intelligence platform focused on circular commerce, reverse logistics and resilient supply chains. I previously built an international re-commerce business operating across four continents with a team of 12, founded a sustainability-focused B2B venture, and worked as a Venture Builder/EiR at BEAM, a Berlin-based venture studio backed by BEUMER Group.I also contribute through mentoring, speaking, panels and workshops across Birkbeck, University of London, ESADE, IESE and Vlerick Business School, and have participated in or contributed to programmes and communities including Logistics 4.0, LX Circular, Unicorn Factory Lisboa, Impact Hub, Ibercaja, Sherpa Tribe, Ibiza Tech Forum & The Next Unicorn. My work increasingly connects venture building, leadership, AI commercialisation, circular business models, resilient supply chains and founder development across startups, corporates, business schools and European innovation programmes.
